Brazilians have re-elected Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva in a high-stakes vote that will see the 80-year-old president return for a fourth and final term. He defeated far-right Senator Flavio Bolsonaro who says he will seek to have the results annulled. Lula secured 51.78 percent of the vote, with Bolsonaro ending on 48.22 percent. The result has bucked a trend in Latin America, which has recently seen a rise in right-wing presidential victories. Michael Fox reports.
